6. Subscription Plans

We have multiple subscription plans available. The features, channel listings, and pricing of these plans may be adjusted. Changes will not influence your current billing cycle, applying only upon renewal.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to avoid using the Service for any illegal or unapproved purposes. Forbidden activities include, but are not limited to:

• Content distribution, restreaming, or rebroadcasting.
• Leveraging a VPN helps to evade regional barriers, which may breach local laws.
• Revealing your account passwords.

Violation of this policy could lead to immediate account suspension without any refund.

9. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Homeplex IPTV functions strictly as a service provider and does not engage in hosting, storing, or creating any content. We provide users with access to internet streams that are already available. Users must ensure they adhere to copyright laws relevant to their jurisdiction.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is delivered 'as is' and does not come with any warranties. We cannot promise 100% uptime or that every channel will always be accessible. Homeplex IPTV will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages that arise from the use or inability to use the Service.

11. Termination

We hold the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without warning, for actions that violate these Terms & Conditions or are detrimental to our Service or other users.
